Does Crowned by LilyMar offer returns or exchanges?

3 day return policy plus 10% restocking fee ~ buyer responsible for shipping +return shipping fee. Must be in original condition upon return with no alternations done to wig or topper. Returns are not accepted when SEZZLE or when any "buy now, pay later" options are used. Buyer is responsible for all international shipping + customs fees.

 USPS hasn't updated my tracking info, how do I know where it is?

After you receive your tracking confirmation email please allow 24-48 hours for their system to update.

I have an event coming up, can I rush my order?
No. Please order ahead of time to avoid any delays or confusion. All wigs are customized by hand and need time to complete.

How will I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to track your order. Please make sure to enter your accurate email address when ordering.

When should I expect to receive my wig?
All wig orders take 2 business days to process online payments. Once payment is verified, all In stock & ready to ship units are shipped within 5-7 working days from purchase.

Pre-order & custom units can take up to 8 weeks to process and ship.
